As of October 2011 The IAA web directories are accessible with login and password as follows: Directory with no comment Directory open to public. No password. Directory with (R) Directory using the general password for Academy active members. Login and password are given by the Academy Secretary General. Directory with (R1) Directory reserved to the IAA Peer Committees for accessing the nomination forms and reference forms of every nominee. There are logins and passwords for each section (R11 for section 1, R12 for section 2, R13 for section 3, R14 for section 4). Logins and passwords are given by the Academy Secretary General. Directory re-open on January 2012. Directory with (R2) Directory reserved to Acta Astronautica. All papers are now available on EES. Directory with (R3) Directory reserved to IAA active members for voting online. After a severe hacking in May 2008 the directory was closed. Next IAA elections will be made with the traditional paper ballot. Directory with (R4) Directory reserved to 2011-2013 Board of Trustees members. Login and password are given by the Academy Secretary General. Directory re-open to Trustees on 1st November 2011. Directory with (R6) Directory reserved to the Advanced Propulsion Prospective Study Group 3.1 Login and password are given by the Academy Secretary General Directory with (R7) Directory reserved to the Particle Radiation Hazard Study Group 1.5 Login and password are given by the Academy Secretary General.
